Is Zippos Circus wheelchair accessible?
Yes! Zippos Circus provides wheelchair seating & free tickets for assistants.
Select the Wheelchair/Non-Wheelchair ticket option, available for all shows
These include an extra ticket for an assistant
If you are a Wheelchair user and have more people in your party, please select the Wheelchair Adult or Child space and then, on the same booking, choose the Royal Grandstand seating for the remainder of your party. This way, you will all be seated together.
Disabled customers will be given the best seats available upon arrival unless there are more people in your party. In this case, please select Disabled user Adult or Child and then on the same booking, choose a seating area for the remainder of your party and you will all be seated together.
Is there allocated seating for Zippos Circus?
There is no allocated seating for Zippos Circus.
Simply choose the area of the Big Top that you'd like to sit in and book your tickets.
Upon arrival, the Front of House ushers will take you to your seats.
There are no standing areas.
What is the duration of Zippos Circus shows?
Allow two hours for Zippos Circus, as the show is around 1 hour 50 minutes.
There is a 15 - 20 minute interval.
When should I arrive for the Zippos Circus performance?
The doors open 30 - 45 minutes prior to show start time.
Please arrive with the group you'd like to sit with.
Please ensure you have enough time to grab refreshments & find your seats with the Usher.
Can I take a pushchair/pram into the Zippos circus tent?
Unfortunately, pushchairs and prams are not allowed inside due to fire regulations.
However, there is a designated 'Buggy Park' in the foyer tent where they can be left at your own risk.
There is always a member of staff in the area as it is near the café.
