Is Flamingo Land wheelchair accessible?
Flamingo Land has strived to make as many facilities as possible accessible to each guest. This access guide for guests with disabilities has been produced to ensure their enjoyment whilst visiting the park and attractions.
Disabled Parking Spaces:
A limited amount of designated parking spaces reserved for disabled badge holders are available at the entrance to the theme park. Please ask the parking attendants for directions if unsure where to park.
Admission Rates:
Guests who are able to provide proof of disability will receive one free entry ticket for their carer. Department for Work & Pensions and Disability Living Allowance letters will only be accepted as proof of disability if accompanied by photographic proof of identity.
The policy is designed to accommodate all disabilities, several of which are not easily visible and therefore to avoid offence ID is requested for all occasions. The team are unable to accept registration cards from third party organisations or information located on guests’ bank statements.
In addition to the discounted entry ticket, Flamingo Land offer a free direct access pass for guests who due to a disability are unable to use the standard queue lines
All carers must be of sufficient age and fitness to provide the level of care required. For everyone’s safety, all lifting of a disabled person will be the responsibility of their carer.
Is there food and drink available at Flamingo Land?
Yes, there are several food and drink outlets at Flamingo Land:
Enjoy a great menu packed with all your pub favourites in The Coach House, Muddy Duck Café serves a range of Costa Coffees, hot chocolates and refreshing cold drinks, along with a range of baguettes, snacks, cookies and cakes.
Jolly Sailor 2 Go serves freshly cooked fish and chips, or take a seat in The Zanzibar Foodmarket and enjoy a family friendly range of burgers and freshly baked pizzas.
Is there parking at Flamingo Land?
Yes, Flamingo Land offers free of charge car, mini bus and coach car parking.
Are there carer tickets available at Flamingo Land?
Yes, carers can visit free of charge when you select the "Disabled Guest and Free of Charge Carer" ticket option.
