You can move your visit date and reuse the same ticket code within 30 days of your original date.
This is subject to the attraction’s capacity and rules, but in most cases there’s no need for a brand-new code.
When you might not need to contact us
If you can’t reach us in time, you may go on your new preferred day within 30 days and show the same ticket code at the entrance. Keep your confirmation email handy. If the venue asks for a note from us, we’ll follow up as soon as we can and confirm.

What you need
Bring the original ticket code and your confirmation email. If you do contact us, include the email used on the order and your booking reference so we can find your booking quickly.
Good to know
The ticket must be unused and within 30 days of the original visit date. Admission still depends on availability when you arrive. Some timed or seated experiences remain strict and may refuse entry without prior approval. If the code has already been scanned or the event has passed, reuse won’t be possible.
How to do it
Choose a new date within 30 days. Turn up with your original confirmation and show the same ticket code. If you prefer us to check availability first, message us with your booking reference, the order email, and your new date choice and we’ll confirm.
If the code doesn’t scan
Stay calm and ask the venue team to hold while we help. Contact us with your booking reference, order email, and a photo of the error screen if possible. We’ll sort it.
