If you arrive and find the attraction closed, please contact us immediately. Getting in touch as soon as possible allows our team to investigate and support you straight away.
Once you contact us, we’ll do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Depending on the attraction and their policies, this may include a refund, rebooking for a new date, issuing a voucher or credit, or liaising directly with the attraction on your behalf to find the best possible outcome.
We always aim to support you and keep you informed throughout the process, although resolution options can vary depending on the attraction’s terms.
Before travelling, we recommend checking your booking confirmation, your emails including spam or junk folders, and the attraction’s official website or social channels on the day of your visit for any last-minute updates.
